Customer Reviews
The Milkshake Factory was a great place to go after Primanti Bros. for dessert. They have a wide variety of milkshakes and chocolate bars to choose from, and they even have a non-dairy option for those with lactose intolerance, which we ended up getting. The milkshake was thick and sweet, and the chocolate bars were delicious! We brought some home and couldn’t stop eating them.
Stopped by on a freezing day for milkshakes 1/2/26. I loved my choice - Bananas Foster. My son got the Raspberries and Cream and my mom got the Chocolateir. I do believe we will be back frequently when visiting. I should have gotten the loyalty card. What was I thinking?!? :)
Such a great variety! Definitely worth the stop. Right sized portions and pricing is good for the downtown location.
I absolutely loved the ambience of this place! I ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, and I have just one word for it: love, love, love! It was absolutely divine. I’m already planning to visit this place multiple times to try out the rest of their milkshakes. I also bought their handmade chocolate barks, and they were mind-blowing. The combination of delicious treats and a cozy atmosphere makes this place a must-visit. Highly recommended!
I got the strawberries and cream molten chocolate cup and it was a letdown. The milkshakes looked delicious at least. Everything felt a overpriced but these kinds of places always are. Service was quick and the shop was nice inside.
