Milk N Cookies

Sold me milk past the sell by date (see photo). I noticed midway through drinking it. The cost per cookie is ridiculous and they’re not even good. It tasted like undercooked cookie dough with filling.

I originally went into buy these cookies because I knew this place got their cookies from Duchess Cookies. I expected the cookies to be very soft and gooey because when I tried it from duchess, it was. After I purchased 8 of them, I tried every single one of them, but they were all rock hard. I tried to warm them up in two ways. I microwaved them and tried to put them in the oven. Still, the cookies were rock hard. When I went in for asking a refund, the manager did not even listen and told me “impossible.” They told me they can give me complimentary cookies. I told them I wanted a refund, because I did not want to eat the rock hard cookies again, but the workers did not even budge. I totally regret purchasing cookies from here. Absolutely the worst place. I hope nobody wastes their money

The store guy, Jimmy, was super cool and friendly when my friend and I asked questions about the cookies and milkshakes they offered. We liked our order a lot. My friend likes things that aren't overtly sweet and was recommended the cookie: oatmeal apple pie. She loved it! I got the cookie: Red velvet. That has white chocochip and has a filling of cream cheese icing. It was good! And the cookies were still warm. Yummy!

Really tasty! The stuffed red velvet cookie was the perfect level of sweetness. I honestly expected a sugar bomb but that wasn’t the case at all. The cheesecake stuffed filling was chewy and soft, but the cookie completely maintained its crispiness on the outside. Also the cookies and cream milkshake was liquid Oreo. 10/10. Highly recommended.

My family stopped in last night. Ordered 4 cookies and 2 milks for $30. The cookies were hard as a rock. We ordered them to go because there was no place to seats. There was a large family, a couple of customers, and a group of teenagers just sitting around. I didn't think to check them before leaving. When we got home my son couldn't bite through his blue cookie monster. I broke it in half and even dunking in milk didn't make it much easier to eat. All but one of the 4 were like this. Super disappointed.
