Mike's On Main

Had the Steak-Egg Scramble. It came with an English muffin, eggs, hash browns and grilled onions and peppers. Was not what I pictured in my mind but it sure was delicious. I also had a cup of black coffee. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Based on my first visit. ---- A Hidden Gem in Palacios! Mike’s On Main is a wonderful little café in the heart of Palacios. It's a cozy, family-owned place that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The decor is charming and full of personality—local photos, vintage coffee signs, and handmade touches everywhere. The menu has everything from fresh coffee and iced drinks to breakfast and lunch items like egg sandwiches, burgers, and pancakes. Prices are very reasonable too. Everything we tried was made fresh and served with a smile. One thing I loved was how organized and clean everything was, from the counter to the kitchen area. New to the area and when I saw Smoked brisket cheese fries I made the effort to visit for lunch! It was amazing and flavor was on point! I was happily surprised that what I thought was tater tots, were actually bite size fried cheese sticks. YUM! Iced coffee was perfect, not overly flavored. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely make this a regular spot.

I got a latte, which was good, but the owner was awesome. He greeted everyone with a smile and hand delivered food to those who had ordered. You can tell he values customers based on how he treats those who come in.

Been here during my last week of senior high-school with my freinds, and all of us enjoyed it! If you're new to town, this is a MUST spot to visit becuase of the food, atmosphere, and the service was amazing! Friendly owners, very clean area.
