Danny's Seafood House

This is a nice family owned business off the beaten path that sits on the bay in Palacious. The service was great , and my food was delicious. I had fried oysters, fries , corn and hush puppys. The oysters are the best I've had , they were full of flavor and not over powered with spice and no cocktail or tartar sauce needed. I ride my motorcycle 150 miles to eat there and was not disappointed and would definitely stop in again if I was in the area.

This place was great for a sunset dinner on the bay. My ginger shrimp dish was amazing and the fried shrimp and oysters were really good too. They had good popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders the kids enjoyed as well.

Incredible view with food to match! This place is very clean and adds a ton of flavor to each dish. The fried batter was delicious, and hot wings were cooked to perfection with a light crisp. I highly recommend trying the vermicelli bowl. Thank you for the perfect dinner meal. Everyone in my family really enjoyed everything!

Great seafood in a casual atmosphere. Some tables indoors, most are outside overlooking the water. We tried the Ginger Shrimp and the Chargrilled Shrimp. Both were good choices, and included steamed vegetables and fried rice. Unobtrusive service. Plenty of menu choices, plus daily specials.

Hidden gem! Fresh seafood, local raw oysters, fresh local jumbo shrimp from Matagorda Bay. Order grill or raw seafood and you will not be disappointed BYO beer or wine
