Midnight Pizza Company

Absolutely loved our visit to Midnight Pizza Company. Best pizza in town!!! Their stone oven made a big difference in the flavor and texture of the pizza, vs what I've experienced at other establishments that use a conveyor to cook their pizza. I love the sauce they use (so tasty), and fresh ingredients. Just the right amount of cheese too. I added brisket to my pizza. It's locally sourced. I loved the salad (the house dressing was delicious) and cookies, too :). Great service, clean restaurant, friendly and attentive staff. And I love that they are open late and deliver to all areas of Canyon Lake. We will most definitely be back!

Best pizza on the lake, hands down! Open late typically means mid tier food/service, but not here. Our order was made fresh in about 20 minutes, and was incredibly delicious. It was made exactly how we asked for (pep, bacon, light cheese). Everything tasted really fresh, the building was extremely clean and well set up, and the service was great. We will absolutely be back.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had! The staff goes above and beyond, and the owner is incredibly friendly and down to earth. The whole experience was just as good as the food! Also they wear gloves and hats! Tried the Texas cheese steak pizza today and it was out of this world.

We ordered the Maui Wowee and the Garlic Rolls to go. The service picking up was good and food was ready quite quickly. Unfortunately, the Garlic Rolls were a bit burnt on the bottom and really dense/doughy inside. It tasted almost like they didnt let the dough rise long enough before cooking, but the seasoning on top was yummy. I love garlic knots/rolls so you know was bad when I couldn't even finish one. Maui Wowee was alright. It had plenty of each of the promised toppings and was a decent size for two people. I love places that use the small pepperonis, since they get extra crispy. It had similar issues with the dough though and made the crust a little chewy. We're hoping the pizza will improve as they stay open longer and work out some kinks

Best pizza around. The service is fantastic as well. Can't wait to go back! One of the owners, Beverly, really made sure to get us taken care of while we were there!
