Mid Eight Sandwich Shop

Mid-Eight Sandwich Shop is one of my go-to lunch spots! The Rachel sandwich is amazing — turkey, coleslaw, Thousand Island on an onion roll, and sometimes I even add corned beef. Always delicious. They also have a great selection of local chips, sodas, and snacks. Highly recommend!

Food is an easy 10 out of time. Unique sandwiches and the owner is slanging them up for you himself. They offer a wide variety of drinks and chips and also have a few kinds of cookies at the register. I will be back.

Hey Scott, hope do you remember us, Keren and Anna, Israel/ UK but living in Germany. We visited u last may, had fun with u and your son, took pics and started our 2 months roadtrip. We planned to come back, but when we were in Detroit again it was weekend and we realised u r closed on sunday. Anyway since then we tried to find out your email, but no luck. I sent u some sms too, but guess the number is not a cellphone... I don t wanna make public my own email here, but maybe u could? Awesome sandwiches, chili, and dogs! The staff was pretty amazing also. Treat your taste buds and stop in!

First time going. I have Celiac, and was pleased to see a gluten free option. Cole slaw and potato salad are also safe and we're delicious ! Plenty of meat, cheese and fixings on my sandwich, and it did not fall apart !! Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!!
