The food was good, a little bland so we needed more salsa. Unfortunately no one came by to see how we were doing and no waitstaff could be found so I got my own salsa from the host stand. No drink refills, still no waiter. Finally we got our bill and then you have to go to the front to pay, they do offer a 5% credit if you pay cash. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Charming Mexican place on a charming street corner in a charming town. The fries really looked tasty.

Spent $80 on cold, tasteless food and what taste like watered down margarita mix that I could go buy at the store. Leaving pretty disappointed because I was very much looking forward to some good Mexican food tonight. Its getting 2 stars because of our server alone, he was fantastic, otherwise it would of been 0 stars.

Decided to try because I love trying all local food and being how I am new to Winterset - THEY HAD MARGARITAS!! The service was great so polite and tentative. We ordered beef the fajitas and the Texan fajitas and a few margaritas... The food came out piping hot and was good not the greatest I've ever had but good. The margaritas - I seen a review that said they weren't that great... THAT'S NOT TRUE!! I HAVEN'T TOTALLY DECIDED WHAT DAY IS GOING TO BE MY MARGUERITE TODAY SINCE I'M JUST MOVING HERE BUT I WILL BE BACK... THANKS for great first experience!

Too expensive. My food was good, bf was dry/overcooked. Thimble size salsa with chip basket. Glass of pop $3.25. I don't remember this restaurant being do expensive. Have been many times before. Also realize costs have gone up for food and everything else. IDK. Underwhelmed I guess.
