Our overnight stay was so pleasant. From easy check-in to a delicious breakfast, the most memorable thing was Sue, the assistant manager (I think). Sue was so genuinely friendly and helpful. It was obvious that she loves people and loves her job!!

I have stayed at The Covered Bridge Inn 4 times since July, two of those stays were under previous management. My most recent stay was (January 15-18.) All staff were amazing, polite and very kind, willing to help make my stay pleasant. I want to say that new management has been exceptional and I am grateful for all of them. The rooms are clean with many nice upgrades. I want to give a shout-out to Sue. Sue was exceptionally helpful on my last stay. She was friendly to visit with at breakfast and I also observed her kindness with other guests. Sue also assisted us with suggestions and names of Winterset area programs and assistance for new Winterset residents. We so appreciated her knowledge & helping us as we were unaware of some of the local services. THANK YOU SUE. I hope to

I stayed here for work a few weeks back, and we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating!

Great, quiet, low-key, comfortable place to stay. Excellent rates. Extremely helpful staff. Accommodated our schedule by having coffee ready at 5:00 am each morning - critical!
