Mi Dia From Scratch

This restaurant serves delicious skirt steak! The organic corn tortillas were a great touch. Over all one of the better experiences I’ve had. The server was attentive without being “too much”. He kept a watchful eye on everyone’s drinks and food. The food came out pretty quickly and hot. The floors and bathrooms were clean and organized. We will be back.

Stopped by Mi Dia and ordered the lunch special with enchiladas and flautas — absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned. The enchiladas were rich and satisfying, and the flautas had the perfect crispy bite. The mango agua fresca was a standout — super refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. Great food, great experience. Definitely coming back.

We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. No reservations and were seated promptly. The food is good! The beef is seasoned. Nicely and not too salty. I particularly enjoyed the chicken enchilada. Look at that taco shell in the taco salad! The frozen with salt topped off with grand marnier is a must! Great atmosphere. Take a jacket as it was cold under the ac vent. Enjoy!

Mi Dia From Scratch – Team Lunch Review We visited Mi Dia From Scratch for a team lunch. The ambiance is excellent and very inviting. As the name suggests, everything is made from scratch, so the food did take some time to arrive. The food was delicious overall, though the vegetarian options were just okay. The chips, salsa, guacamole, and poblano rice stood out, with the rice being the highlight of the meal.

There is a very unique flavor for true New Mexico style Mexican food, and this place knows how to do it RIGHT! We have tried to find the flavors you can only fine in New Mexico many other places and this is the 1st. You folks have 2 new repeat guests and well worth the 35 mile drive for us.
