Cicis Pizza

Place was new, so everything was clean. The service is great, people are friendly, kinda shy but friendly. We went around 3:30pm so they didnt have a lot out, but i guess because of the time. But 10min later they had more pizza out. The pepperoni pizza was a 4 out of 5, the jalapeños and pepperoni another 4 out of 5. The cheese was a 3. Salad was a good 4 out of 5. Id recommend the place, since its new and stuff is clean. Would back if im on the area for sure.

We came for end of season soccer party. The manager Manny was so helpful and accommodating. He had some assist us with tables. Asked what kind of pizza we would like on the bar. Great place with wonderful employees. Kids absolutely loved everything!

Brandon is the highlight of the experience—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The fact that he had staff create hot, fresh, personal pizzas right from the oven made the meal feel extra special and customized. The buffet area was always stocked and the dining area was very clean! Whether you’re there for a quick lunch or a family dinner, the service and food quality stand out every time! My kids love Cici's pizza and the new Grapevine location has been a great addition to the area. The team there has the most enthusiastic team and I love it! It’s so refreshing to walk into a place where the staff truly works together and clearly enjoys what they do. Their passion and attention to detail really shine through and make the entire experience even better. Great job! We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious food, very clean store, employees take pride in their work. I have a gluten allergy and this is the only store that Makes crust less pizza so that I can enjoy. Friendly and hard-working staff! Truly, the best Cicis I have been to in years
