Karmma & Kocktails

Originally I was on my way to Chez Fabien, but the wonderful smells coming from here brought me in. A really great unique spot. They make everything from scratch. Had an interesting tamarind margarita, lentil chips, and steamed momo. The food was excellent. Best momo I have had. I’ll be bringing a friend back to try the Nepalese plate. Would recommend!

First time here and first time in Texas…if uou have the chance wheather you are visiting the Grapevine area or have always wanted to try Indian food COME HERE! Great food and service overall. My dad and I have never had Indian food before and our server was very knowledgeable and recommended the momo dumplings and butter chicken with garlic naan. The food was amazing! I have always wanted to try butter chicken (thanks tiktok) and I was not disappointed. The garlic naan was did not have too much garlic (so if you are not a fan of a lot garlic, you will be okay).

Had a great experience at Karmma and Kocktails! Our server, Riya made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations from the menu. For Mo:Mo: lovers, don’t forget to try their “Mo:Mo: Reloaded.” She made our anniversary dinner feel really special. Our drinks stayed full and she checked in at the perfect times without rushing us. Service like this is why we’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was good and full of flavor. We ordered the Lamb Manchurian (appetizer) and the Karmma platter, and both dishes were well-prepared and delicious. The spices and overall taste really stood out. One small suggestion — we wish the meat dishes came with rice, as it would make the meal feel more complete. The platter also only included a simple piece of fish, and two shrimp (in addition to the lamb and chicken) which was slightly disappointing. That said, our server was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and had a good experience.

Great date night, or outing in Grapevine with friends and family! They have a live band or buffet during select times. Plan to dine and order a drink or an appetizer while you socialize; it's not a quick eat and run kind of place. The food was excellent, and flavorful! We ordered the mint Chai tea, the Pani Puri appetizer, the Himalayan Thalia with Lamb spread, Vindaloo Chicken with rice and potatoes, and Garlic Naan Bread. The Pani Puri is fun crunchy snack bursting with flavor in your mouth, but consume it whole, don't try to bite into it or you'll be wearing it! The lamb was perfectly tender and spicy. Beware the lentils have red hot chili peppers. If you can't handle spicyhot, I would not order the Thalia unless you ask for mild. We did, but it still came out just under the vindaloo
