If you’re anywhere near Hyden, KY, you absolutely have to stop by Mi Costa Mexican Restaurant on Main Street. I’ve eaten at countless Mexican restaurants over the years, but Mi Costa truly stands out for its welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and consistently delicious food. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest has an amazing dining experience. The menu offers a fantastic variety of classic Mexican dishes, and everything I’ve tried so far has been fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you receive. Their fajitas arrive sizzling hot, packed with tender meat and perfectly grilled

Best Authentic Mexican food we've had in eastern ky hands down! Was absolutely delicious! Exactly what we have been searching & waiting for! Highly recommend! Update: Went back for a second visit & it was just as delicious as the first time! Consistent food with the best service & prices! No complaints here! Can't wait to visit again!

The portion sizes are very generous for the price. I got the fajitas, and they were the best ones i’ve had in a while. The prices are very fair. The staff was very friendly, and kind. The restaurant is comfortable and nicely decorated. This will be our go-to place to eat. I was also very impressed with how quick we got our food- the place was very busy, with not only take out orders but people coming in for dinner.

I picked up an order of Pollo Bandido and it was so good 😋! I'm sure it looked amazing when it was first cooked, my 15-minute drive home probably didn't do it any favors appearance-wise.
