Leslie County Public Library

For one, their not the most friendly people I've ever met. I felt like i was being watched...It had been years since I had been there and just happen to have to stop in for me mom and return some books and movies and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I chose just whatever kinda looked good and left. I was never asked if I needed any help..nothing!!! Im not sure if id ever go back for myself. I'd rather drive to laurel country or some where than to stop. Nothing personal. I just didn't get a level of professionalism.. They didn't seem to care if i checked out any of their material or not. :\

It's sad that our little town known as Hyden, is very small and does not have anything to do in it but there's a Saving Grace... you guys know what I'm talking about but if not..... Behold!!!--.. the Leslie County Public Library!!! Yes the Leslie County Public library has much to do in it.... well at least for a small town like Hyden, anywase. This Library allows you to check books DVDs and even said on the computer to get on the internet throughout the day...... Okay it definitely is more impressive in person but this is one thing that we got that was very helpful to our community. Now we just did not have to watch p*** at the house we could also sneak headphones into the library and copy it on the desk then probably watch it at the house because everyone would be looking at you there an

A great quiet place to research topics or subjects. They also have lots of laptops for the public to use. And a lot of information and artifacts for the public to view.
