We had a very disappointing experience working with Christy Napier. Communication was great in the beginning, and we were told our announcement would be placed in the paper. After that, all communication stopped. When we attempted to follow up, our calls were disconnected multiple times, and our texts and emails were ignored. If there was a delay or issue, we would have appreciated transparency instead of being left in the dark. Professionalism and communication are essential when someone is trusting you with a task. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.
