I had such a great experience today that I had to leave a review. I asked a worker if they had any pre-chopped onions left, and when he said they didn’t, he followed it up with, “If you pick out an onion, we’ll chop it fresh for you.” That honestly made my day. I’ve never had a grocery store go that above and beyond for something so simple, and it meant more than he probably realized. The kindness and willingness to help really stood out, and it’s exactly the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Huge shoutout to the staff for making an ordinary grocery run feel special.

It's a great place to pick up a few items. Certainly not the lowest price, in fact sometimes double of woodmans, yet they do offer fresh food and items you can't find at other grocery stores. Best meat around. Very nice beer and liquor selection. Friendly and helpful.

We ordered a small cooked turkey breast, gravy and mashed potatoes for the 3 non-vegetarians that came to Thanksgiving dinner. It was perfect size, yummy, and easy. We didn’t even have to go into the store to pick it up. I would do this again next Thanksgiving. The only thing I wish is that they would build another branch in east or north Madison, or Sun Prairie.

I went in to get something for my lunch and dinner around 1 or 130. As I stood at the hot food station and moved to the salad area TWO employees noticed me and didn't speak nor offered to help. I could've even understood if they said someone will be with you shortly..nothing at all. Marcos came over spoke to me and politely assisted me by supplying me with some to go containers..yay! Because of his professionalism I will definitely be back.
