Meridian Restaurant

Absolutely love this place, bartender was little flustered she was older, had a private party, we sat at bar as usual, some of my favorite food is gone bao buns, the pretzels amazing 👏 🥨, my usual bloody mary was fancy with shrimp extras, this one was bland, had to ask for olives 🫒 and lacked flavor my favorite older gentleman wasn't there at bar hope hes not gone, seemed the manager showed up took control he was nice, food selection not alot..bar side was packed eventually! Empty when we first arrived,we are locals and love the laid back decor. We will definitely be back tho onion rings are outstanding!!

Meridian was certainly good for a theater restaurant. I personally never go to a theater for food, but it is definitely a major step up from most places like it. I got a chicken wrap and mac & cheese and both were good. The weight staff was so friendly and welcoming And the atmosphere didn’t necessarily feel like you were in a movie theater! I think it would be a good place to take a family.

The food was mediocre, at least, the chicken broccoli bowl I ordered. However, the atmosphere was pleasant and our server, Kia, was excellent. She was attentive without being overbearing as well as kind and professional!

You might think that an hour was enough time to have dinner before your movie on a slow Tuesday evening with maybe 3-4 other tables occupied but you would be incorrect. The presentation was nice as shown in the pictures but the food didn't match it. The ribs were tasty but not many of them, the BBQ sauce was fine. The potatoes though, were just potatoes. When I asked they brought some butter. The asparagus was overcooked and stringy. The mashed potatoes were good. The fish of the day was rockfish which isn't supposed to taste fishy and was overcooked. I would have much preferred higher quality food that had poor presentation.

We love coming here to eat before our monthly movie night. The food is always great and Vivian was an awesome server. She was very attentive and made sure everything came out just right.
