Fantastic Birthday Lunch at Fish Hawk Oyster Bar We had such a great experience at Fish Hawk Oyster Bar during a birthday lunch—it was exactly what we were hoping for and more! We decided to split the Fish and Chips with Old Bay Fries, and it did not disappoint. The fish was perfectly fried—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—and the Old Bay seasoning on the fries was such a flavorful twist that made them totally addictive. The portion was generous, and splitting it still left us both feeling fully satisfied. What really made the meal stand out, though, was the service. Our waiter was super friendly, upbeat, and made us feel welcome right away. An excellent little waterside seafood eatery, with a great variety of seafood dishes and savory sides. The decor is unique and carefully set up to give the impression of dining by or on a seaside wharf. There is outdoor and indoor seating and it is adjacent to the Tides Inn pool so you can catch some rays while you get a drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also locals and can provide information about the area and things to do so that is an extra. Highly recommended.

Just an awesome time! The place has a inside, poolside, and beachside seating for a bunch of people. We were looking for some beach and Independence Day vibes for our group. We had the crab cobb salad, crab sandwich, and chicken Caesar salad; all had great reviews from the group. We also did a few of the mixed drinks: the lemonade and the Pina Colada! The staff being so professional and fun really make it a great time! Parking at the dock is simple and the wait was nothing.

Classic resort style poolside bar. Like most resort bar/grill spots, priced are high. I guess you are paying for convenience of eating by pool and river. Food is fine, nothing really unique. I had fried crab sandwich with bacon for some reason. Views were great and wonderful service and personnel.

Poolside eatery. The wait staff will serve you by the pool, under their canopy, or inside. They were excellent. The drinks and food were very good - expect high prices consistent with the type of restaurant (a poolside bar at a resort). Drinks are $12-14; wine all around $12/glass. A crab cake sandwich with no side was $18 and 6 oysters - $14. We really enjoyed the very attentive wait staff the best. Casual environment.
