Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I go in, get my cup, choose my yogurt, dispense it myself, add toppings myself. I put it on the scale to be weighed, they calculate the price, put a screen before me, I tap my phone… and there is a tip option. I can see Starbucks and tips because they actually make your drink. But if I’m doing self-serve? Very off putting.

We love Menchie's! Not only can you taste each flavor, but you get to load up your selection with oodles of great toppings! It is our go to dessert stop after evening music classes. The facility is clean and bright and the staff is more than helpful and happy. Warning! Very, very addictive and you will make many visits!

This place was wonderful. Super clean, fresh toppings and the service was awesome! It was really busy and the guy that was working was so kind, took time to help with questions ect. Amazing!

Very clean space, friendly workers, kids loved making their own sundaes. Is a bit spendy but the kids loved it. They have dairy free options.

We normally love Menchie's. This shop is horrible though. We get three large cups of Original Tarts. All came out watery and crystalized not creamy like other Menchie's have. Tastes bad. The girl works at the store says it's normal at this location. Which is NOT normal at all, it's creamy and heavy in all other locations.
