Croissants were gorgeous, and so light and flaky with perfect layers. The whipped raspberry ganache was so delicious; not too sweet, and very light. Looking forward to making my way through the others! Highly recommend supporting this amazing local business.

I picked up a sourdough loaf and two pistachio croissants and am happy I did. The sourdough is a great size and tastes lovely. The croissants were a highlight - some of the best we've had in quite a while. Light, airy and flaky and the pistachio cream wasn't too sweet, just a lovely addition. Highly recommend The Loaf!

We ordered the pastry box and a sourdough loaf. Was our first time and they didn’t disappoint. Everything tasted superb. I’ve been looking for a place local for sourdough bread and looks like I’ve found it.

Incredible croissants, as good as any we've found either in Vancouver or Portland. Properly flaky and buttery, and if you get a filled one it's even more decadent. Pistachio and Hazelnut were our faves, but they were all tasty. Looking forward to trying the sourdough loaf and the rest of the menu. Note this bakery is currently running out of a residential area. It would be great if earlier pickup times were possible, so we could enjoy these fresh for breakfast or brunch!

I ordered a loaf of Sourdough bread from "The Loaf" and I was truly impressed with the quality of their product. The taste was wonderful, the texture was perfect, outside was crusty (crispy) and the inside was soft and fluffy, and texture was just as you would imagine a home-baked extra sour Sourdough round loaf should be. I will definitely be back for more and tell everyone I know that enjoys Sourdough bread, about "The Loaf".
