Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Don’t you dare try to show up 17 mins before they close. Our gymnastics meet for over with, we had dinner and we decided on Menchie’s. We walk in to be told we have 5 mins and they close up, we are filling up our cups and I goto use Nutella It’s barely coming out he says it’s out, I said I’ll just get what I can out of it, he tells me he prefers I don’t do that. Rudest young man ever . Most of these are family owned, I ask him if him and his family own it he proceeds to say it’s his uncles and he’s just covering. We got 8 cups between 2 families, we didn’t ask to refill his empty toppings or anything. Don’t have 10 as a closing time and try to rush us out at 9:47. The girls didn’t even dare ask to sit down and eat inside after the rush job he put on us.

My kids and I visited the Menchies Novi location recently and had an amazing time ! The froyo was yummy and fresh and the variety of toppings was mouth watering. They had lovely summer flavors and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. The staff was courteous and the place neat and clean. We will be back soon !

I had a great experience at Menchie’s! The store was very clean, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The frozen yogurt flavors were delicious with a great variety to choose from. I also ordered a custom cake, and it was decorated beautifully—exactly how I envisioned it. Everything from the service to the product quality was excellent. Highly recommended!

The frozen yogurt was so yummy. Really kids & teens will love it. We been there and it was so quick and yummy stuff in hand.!!! Delicious.!!!!

Kids love this place and are lured by all the self-serve ice creams and many toppings. Kids will love the selection. If you exert no self control your will will be whopping. At $.59/oz, it adds up quickly. Your wallet may be lighter, but your kids will be happy.
