Very authentic Thirunveli sweets and snacks. And food items too. Made fresh, with home made taste. . Portion sizes are very good. Very friendly service. Mr. Murugan patiently explained everything to us. Very informative Many organic items and traditional grocery items are available at the store. 👍

Wow we really fortunate enough to have this store. Most of the stores carry regular grocery they have no chemical pesticides lentils and rice bags etc .. We liked it so much owner is very friendly he is taking time to explain the information well. Interestingly we have millet batters I haven’t seen these many verity millet batters earlier. Price is bit expensive I agree with all others remember one thing. Quality is always costly. You can’t expect $3 burger with quality and healthy 😀😃

Food Quality is awesome and Customer service is great. I love their tea and snacks, I heard from gentleman they are importing the tea products directly from Ooty estate. Good taste. Also, Sugar they provide is mixed with dry ginger which enhancing the tea flavor. Onion samosa, Peanut Candy and Karuppu Kavuni rice payasam are must try. My one stop shop for rice, oil & millet varieties.

I recently tried Desika Foods and had an overall awesome experience! They stock ingredients directly from Tamil Nadu and grind their own oil here, which really shows in the quality. The dosa batter, both millet and normal, was fantastic, and the dosas turned out amazing. The peanut oil they use has a great smell and addictive quality. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side. On the downside, the person at the desk could have been more kind and polite - their attitude was off-putting. Despite the price and service, I'd still highly recommend Desika Foods for their delicious and authentic food stuffs.

We had a moderate experience with desika foods.we got non veg kothu porota.i dint like it and it was very dry and the gravy which they gave was not even appetizing!!expected the food will be like eating from our home town since they r from thirunelveli but disappointed with their food! Also got their thirunelveli halwa which I dint feel so fresh and the sugar was crystallized but the taste way okay! They are quite expensive too comparing other grocery shops!but u could see some items which we cannot get in any other grocery store.
