Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

My youngest and I always come to this Menchie’s since moving to Arizona. Everyone is always so nice. Everything is always full, clean and fresh. Today we were talking to the owners about when the new spoons come out. We told them that we collect the special spoons and she gifted my boy with two spoons that we don’t have! That was so nice! Thank you!

Today was my first time trying frozen yogurt and my friends recommended Menchies! I was highly impressed!!!! Loved how we were able to try samples. I loved the different flavor options and toppings!!! Prices were reasonable as well! Such a cute place and even kid friendly! I will be back!!!

I had a five dollar Birthday credit so I went in to get my free yogurt. I filled the cup up to about the amount I thought might come to five dollars. It turned out to be around four dollars so instead of The girl at the register kindly saying that I have room for more she says to me, unfortunately I cannot let you use that birthday credit today because it’s not coming up to a full five dollars so I told her I will put more yogurt in the cup, so I put a little more yogurt in the cup and then she wanted me to pay an extra 1.39 but I would’ve been perfectly fine with having a little bit less than five Dollars of yogurt! I think that she was trying to dissuade me from using my free yogurt in the first place And she and the other girl at the register kept looking at each other, as if there was

I've been a fan of Menchies for 10+ years. I've visited several locations in QC, Power Rd and Tempe. This location at Pecos/Market St is my least favorite. I always have an unpleasant interaction with staff. Tonight 9/7/25 @ 7:30pm was the last straw. The two girls that were working need a lesson in customer service and manners if they're going to be working with the public. They barely greet you, and make you feel unwelcome. I ate my yogurt and for medical reasons, I will spare you from, needed to use the restroom. One of the girls had just cleaned it but it had to be done. My son who was at the table as well as myself in the restroom heard them complaining about me and speaking in a derogatory and embarrassing manner. Very tasty and fun place to grab a yummy frozen yogurt. So many toppings. Place has small tables, color pages and crayons,checker boards. Also make birthday cakes.
