Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I stopped in for the grand reopening today and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, which made the atmosphere feel comfortable and inviting. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into making this reopening special. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out!

The garbage can pic in the last 1 star review looks good compared to how the garbage can looked today. That was the very first thing I noticed when I walked through the door. I reluctantly proceeded to grab my cup and fill my cup with vanilla wondering when the last time the machines were cleaned. I continued on to the sauces. My daughter was struggling with the caramel which was almost completely empty as it was two weeks prior when she was there. The hot fudge was completely empty. There was one employee who had to notice us struggling and didn’t mention it. When my daughter asked two weeks ago if the carmel sauce could be refilled the worker said it would take 5 to 15 minutes to do it so my daughter just went without it. UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 2/27/2026: Day one of new management wowed me instantly! The place looks brand new! Very excited to be able to eat here again! Updated pics below for comparison! Please go check it out for yourself, the pics don’t do enough justice! 😊 Previous review in 2025: Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! If I could I’d rate ZERO STARS! Haven’t been here in a while and am at a loss for words at what this store has become. Things have not been cleaned for probably weeks, the previous owner and staff had the place in pristine condition. Very unsafe for consumption. The place is literally falling apart.

Went for the grand reopening and loved it! Friendly staff! The new owner is doing a great job of making sure this place is top tier! Will definitely be back!

We haven't been here in quite some time and the place was disgusting. We were the first customer of the day and everything was dirty, our feet were sticking to the floor, we didn't even want to touch the candy containers they were so gross and the hot fudge was such a mess you could barely push the lever down. Customer service and yogurt itself were fine but whoever manages this store needs to take a look at the condition and what your closers are doing to prep for next day business. No one wants to eat somewhere that gives off vibes no one cares about cleanliness.
