Meme’s Smok’n BBQ

Stopped for lunch and ordered the Texas bowl. It’s an 10 inch bowl filled with mozzarella cheese on the bottom and layered with beans, rice and brisket. Holy cow that was good! It reminded me of Sunday barbecues at grandmas. My mom’s rice. My aunt’s beans , and my uncle’s BBQ. Those were the days….The tangy pico de gallo just enhances all the flavors. Move over bake potatoes. Meme’s created a new side that people are going to love. Thank you Meme’s Smok’n BBQ!

I'll be blunt and brutal in hopes that this helps their business improve. Going in for the first time i relied on ordering from menu that cashier showed me, I wanted to try a little of everything but I stopped when I felt I had ordered enough and on budget, once I paid, I realized that they offer a platter that had everything and more that my order, I asked cashier why she didn't offer that instead, she said she forgot, bad. I was asked cash or card, I said card seeing there was no sign posted on card fees, wrong, they charge card fees. I had ordered the moist brisket which is one dollar more only to find that the brisket was very dry, I ordered a half chicken, the chicken was well cooked but had a strong smell of raw chicken as if they didn't clean or rinse chicken before cooking. This BBQ has some of the best meat out there. The Lean Brisket was Chefs 👨‍🍳 Kiss. Moist, tender, and perfectly smoked. Grilled Chicken 🐔 was well cooked and the taste was amazing 👏. Sausage was also well seasoned and delicious i wouldn't pass that up. THE DINO RIB ♥️ man that rib was huge! But the taste was chefs kiss, perfect rub and fall off the bone. Although I didn't get to try all the sides, the ones I did get were well worth it. The Mac and Cheese 🧀 ooffff man it was cheesy just like Mac and cheese should be. Green Beans with Bacon 🥓 was surprisingly good, not greasy as the bacon is crispy, and not overly salty. Potato Salad, not many places get it right but this one was perfect. The staff was friendly and explained the plates throughly. If youre a Coca-Cola fan, sorry to say 😐 you

This feels like a glorified fast-food place. The food was ok and fairly reasonable, but the quantities are very small. The employees seemed to be poorly trained, especially the girl who took our orders. There was a lot of confusion! I had a brisket plate which was good but the serving size was way too small. I felt I got better quantities in my sides than the meat. For the $25+ I spent, I feel this was not worth it.

Just had to stop here and try it. Wow, to my amazement the food was good. I tried the Dino Rib and it was cooked to perfection. The meat fell right of the bone. A lil pricey but good. Note: they mentioned that the Dino Rib is only sold on weekends.
