What a phenomenal experience. The food is absolutely superb, my husband and I cleaned our plates. My 2 year old who is not always the best eater loved it and repeatedly would say “I like it” and “Mmm good” which are amazing compliments from her lol. She almost ate 3 whole mozzarella sticks! We got the peach and raspberry tea which they make themselves comes with fruit pieces inside which is a nice touch, fettuccini Alfredo with the chicken parm added and the spaghetti bolganese, this is the best meat sauce I’ve ever had on a bolganese. The food comes with 2 pieces of the best dang garlic bread, so flavorful with no lack of butter! They bring you a red pepper and refrigerated Parmesan cheese shaker once your food is almost ready. Wonderful Food! We stopped at the San Juan Food Truck park and decided on Italian for dinner. Our food was delicious! We had Spaghetti and meatballs and the Baked Ziti with meatballs. Try the pumpkin soup!! Wow! I had a peach tea and hubby had raspberry tea, they both contained fruit pieces and are perfectly flavored. We are very happy with our dinner! Also had lovely service.

I’ve had a lot Italian food in different parts of the country, and this is at the top. The shrimp scampi was amazing, as well as the chicken parm. My favorite dish was the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio—perfectly cooked al dente with incredible flavor. It’s a blessing to have this level of Italian food in the area.

Food was great, great customer service from the server was on top of my order from providing needs what caught me off guard was being offered a plate to share with me with my partner with knowing I had no interest in ordering from the food truck. Ended up giving man’s a chance so I placed an order of Chicken Alfredo with grilled chicken. food turned out great better then most locations I have tried in the valley. Shoutout to cooks super friendly staff. Place was clean and a pretty setting. Servered for two one spaghetti and chicken Alfredo total 30$ and for the taste of both plates def worth the price
