My husband & I’s first time at The Melting Pot. Food was very good, service was even better, Dakota was our server. He was very polite, patient, & attentive. Very knowledgeable of the menu, answered any questions we had & gave us some really great recommendations. He explained everything in great detail & checked on us often. Our first dining experience at The Melting Pot was nothing short of amazing! I went with my husband and son, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, fun to share, and truly one of a kind. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome the entire time. Yesterday evening was my first trip to the melting pot. Food, Service, environment, everything about it was amazing! Our waiter Evan, was 100/10 on the service. He is extremely polite and well mannered. He went out his way to explain things like cook times thoroughly to me, even though the person with me had been before. The food was phenomenal, I have been to several "cook it yourself restaurants" and this one was by far the best!

This was our first time eating here for a date night & everything was superb! Johnny S was our server & he was very nice & did a fantastic job! 10/10 recommend.

Kaitlyn was one of the best servers we’ve even had there and we visit there a few times a year. When she told us that it was her 3rd night solo, we were pleasantly surprised because I would never have guessed. Our cheese is in my top 3 and I’ve been going to the Melting Pot for over 40 years.
