Fabulous Eatery. Everything was so fresh & prices are reasonable. I loved the hummus & homemade sauces best falafel ever. The Owner was so friendly & welcoming. So many ppl coming in for his freshly made bread. We even bought 2 different loaves to go back to Philly with. Roosevelt Island was so cute glad we found along East Falls River. Oh & owner's wife saw us all hanging out it was a blast for realzy. We went to their café as well so my husband could try the cappuccino. Everything was so delightful. Took some pics with them as well because they made us feel like Family.

Food is amazing and staff is so kind, highly recommend! After you order, they make your meal to order and invite you back up to get your toppings and sauces. We got all but one of the toppings on our large shawarma bowl and everything was delicious. For those ordering wraps, the pitas are cooked to order and they are so soft & delicious. Couldn’t have been happier with a food choice while visiting Roosevelt Island. They 100% deserve all of their 5 star reviews.

Oh wow, thank you so much ME for responding. There fries were different from images I saw on Google. The images on Google look thicker and hand cut. The fries I was served were those frozen, shoestring thin fries. Completely different taste. Other than that the atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The service was okay.

So yummy! Definitely stop here after watching a beautiful sunset! They cooked the meat right in front of us and gave us delicious lemonades! Would highly recommend and the staff was so kind!

One of the many things that I love about ME is that they are always trying new things and are super responsive to their customers. The food is delicious and super flavorful, and very fresh! Not only is everything fantastic but everything can be customized. On top of that they make outstanding bread (sourdough being my favorite) and pastries. ME is a friendly place to come to and to hang out, and a really important addition to the island and the *community*, and I say that because they are community minded. If you're visiting the island stop by here and their "sister" establishment, Cafe Aviva just a little further down Main Street. Toda Rabah (Thank you very much!)
