McKay's Taphouse

Pretty cool old bar, feels like you're stepping back in time when you enter. Service was great and they had a couple pinball machines, that always makes for a good time. I went here for the chicken wings after reading a review about how great they were. If you're going for the nostalgia of a cool old bar, this is your place. If you're looking for chicken wings, look elsewhere.

Good pizza, great atmosphere and the owner is great to talk with. Funky cool place to visit. And a lot of choices for beer!!!

This place used to be really good, the pizzas were always hot, and toppings actually covered the whole pizza. The place has always been a bit pricey, especially for the sandwiches, but the food was good, and delivered promptly, so there was no reason to complain. They had some of my favorite pizzas, a much better variety than other places that deliver, especially if you can't eat tomato sauce. In the last few years, prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and it's just no longer worth the money. Now the pizzas have fewer toppings for way more money, they are unevenly cooked, smaller than advertised, and are barely warm when you finally do get them. Went on a dead Tuesday night after a long day of work. Pizza was pretty good and relatively very cheap. Tons of delicious beers. Bartender was great. Had a few laughs with some other patrons. Probably gets pretty lively on weekends. Kitchen was still open after midnight on a Tuesday so gotta give them some kudos for that. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Love McKay's. It is the classic spot to chill with your friends and eat some delicious pizza for a low price on any given night. Staff are always super chill.
