McDonald's

This location is consistent with constant poor customer service and quality control .. My wife ordered three meals through door dash that came to almost 80 dollars with a tip( she’s also the problem but it’s her money). The bags that are sealed by your employees are supposed to be checked to make sure the order is complete .. Nope that’s way too hard apparently .. Two large fries and cheeseburger along with BBQ SAUCE were missing .. Not to mention the “ nuggets were hard and cold.. The leadership or lack their of is painfully apparent.. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION OR ANY FOR THAT MATTER .. Straight garbage

Hours mean nothing at this place. They close whenever they feel like. Sometimes they close two hours before closing time, sometimes half an hour but if it’s within an hour of closing don’t even bother going because even if they’re in there, chances are they wont answer the drive thru anyway. They leave everything lit up and the menus on because they’re suppose to be open but they either will stop answering the drive through and still be inside or I’ve seen them leave even a full hour before closing. This isn’t a one time thing but very very common for this place. I’ve never seen another McDonald’s any where in the country that just closes whenever ever the hell they feel like. It’s multiple nights a week they do this. I don’t know why they bother even posting hours because they don’t go by

Reading my last update, this visit was a hit Feb. 2023. The two for six dollars crispy chicken sandwiches and the hot cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing were enjoyed. # This place is so hit or miss. It's a true 50-50 chance drive thru. When it's good, it's good. When it's bad, it's bad. Two McDoubles ordered with no cheese were placed in the bag with receipts stapled to the wrappers that specified no cheese. Opening them, they both had cheese. Fail. Something packaged correctly, was my crispy chicken sandwich. After my recent BK experience, I had to try another chain for comparison. Meh. Three tiny pickles on top of a fried piece of chicken was very bland and not worth ordering again. # Wow! I'd say 9 out of 10 time they don't get my order right. I ordered 2 cheeseburger Happy meals with just cheese and pickles. As you can see in the pic, not only did we not get pickles, but they put ketchup on it. I also ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and no bun. It has no sauce or other toppings other than lettuce and pickles. And the receipt clearly says no ketchup, onions or mustard!

Slowest McDonald's on earth. Waiting for more than 15 minutes for a McMuffin and there was only 5 people inside waiting too. Terrible service, only serving for Drive thru
