McDonald's

8/28/25. My family and I have now decided to stop visiting this McDonald’s for good as they never get the orders correct and then have bad attitudes at the hand out window when asked to correct. We have been regulars for more than seven years. We’ve had to continue to ask when they’re handing the food out to us if the food had no cheese or if the cookies were warm as requested, when ordered. They quickly say “yes”, turn and walk away from the window. As soon as we check, that’s not been the case more times than not. They reluctantly go back to correct, never a sorry or anything. This is an example of what we got back with an unfortunate attitude. We waited to look at the cookies because they were so hot it was hard to hold the bag. Some of the kindest staff members I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I can't remember the last time I saw fast food staff with genuine smiles. I felt happy just to be in that McDonald's. I tried to get the attention of the manager to leave a compliment, but I ran out of time. I'm pretty sure her name was Amber. Whatever they're paying her, it's not enough. Great food and atmosphere.

Order was wrong. She said there is nothing they can do about it. We even have the receipt. When we called to speak to a manager, she said hang on, changed her voice then pretended to be the manger. She accidentally slipped up which is how we know. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful people working there at night. We wasn’t even mad about the wrong order, just wanted what we ordered. They forever lost some customers here and i will Make a post on Mc donalds facebook.

I don’t normally care if my order is messed up. I just take off what I don’t like. But I ask for a little extra breakfast sauce (when ordering not at the window) and the lady handed me the food and when I told her it felt heavy for just a bagel sandwich, she huffed and said yea probably because he loaded it up with sauce.. I thought she was just making a joke. NOPE… not only did the cook add so much sauce that the outside and in side of the wrapper was covered in sauce they put someone else sandwich in there. (Which cool free sandwich) but I don’t like sausage so still can’t eat it.. just thought it was a bit excessive for a Friday morning. Update: I raised it to a 3 star. They were quick to call and apologize and try to fix the problem. The manager was great and friendly

Honestly, 0 stars would be more appropriate. Frequent mistakes, sometimes missing full meals, poor service. I’ll visit a McDonald’s further away in hopes of better service. Update 3/26/23: been quite a while, so against my better judgement, and ‘persuasion’ from my wife, I gave it another shot over a year later. Mistake. Another wrong meal, missing a 10 count nugget, poor service on trying to get the meal fixed, a line wrapped around the FRONT of the building (not waiting in drive-thru line, instead waiting for food AFTER going through the line), and other frustrations. I could go on again, but it’s more of the same below, and I won’t break my vow again. If McDonalds is your thing - great - just find a different one. Update 12/19/21: gave it another chance to see if service had improved.
