Starbucks Coffee Company

Kaylee Ryan at the Walton Kroger Starbucks not only showed 100% professionalism throughout my visit to this establishment but she really went above and beyond with her amazing personality and made me feel at home. This young lady deserves to be recognized for her efforts.

Website and internet says open till 8pm. Looks like it’s a reoccurring complaint. Hit the drive thru at 7:40pm and was told “sorry we closed at 7:30pm”. Good way to lose business. Management needs to do better or update your business hours to the public.

terrible service. Both workers have to concentrate on one order because it gets sprinkles and oatmilk etc while you wait in line for fifteen minutes for a regular coffee. They wont even acknowledge you. Nope. Total focus on the oatmilk and pretties for that order. Who ever heard of of it taking two counter employees to work on one simple order. Worst service at a Starbucks ever.

For some reason even when they are supposed to close at 8pm at 735pm I went through the drive through and Christie said they are already closed

Who doesn't love starbucks?! They helped me figure out a kid friendly drink without caffeine and made it a special event. Service was great!
