Don't bother ordering with the app because they don't make it until you get there. Don't try to order at the counter because they "no english" and it'll take them 10 minutes to get to you. Everytime I go through the drivethru, they make me pull off even when it's not busy. If you're looking for fast food, it's just not happening. Expect 10-15min when they're literally empty with no line. This location used to be good 5 or so years ago

It depends what time of day that you go. Some of the workers have an attitude. There is a Hispanic guy that I see normally in the evening, didn't catch his name but he is the absolute best. His attitude is awesome!!

Worst customer service in Frederick. Managers have no respect or consideration. They act like sauce comes out there pay check. Expect people to eat 20 nuggets with 3 sauces. Have people wait 10 just to order at a fast food restaurant. They ignore the dine in customers & focus on drive through & hiding in the back having fun

One of the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The person taking orders is usually friendly but the rest of the staff clearly doesn’t want to be there. They ask you to pull into a spot so their timing looks good for the drive thru and then forget to bring you the food for 5-10 mins and then the food is incorrect!! And ordering inside is next to impossible. Do not recommend!

I ordered a breakfast delivery order before 10:30. But bc there was 10 min before breakfast was over. They just decided they weren't going to make my order. I called the store and the lady I talked to lied about how they dont make the food till the delivery driver comes in. Which is not true. Im a cook and know that they make the food and someone just picks it up. When I called the lady out on her lie she hung up on me. I tried to call the store back 2 times and they ignored my calls. Very rude and lazy
