Paul did an amazing job. He was kind and courteous to us. This place was clean and didn’t have that fool fast food smell. Great job, Wakefield McD’s!!

I possess a degree of patience that I consider a personal virtue, but this location has put that virtue to the absolute test. I ordered a simple Double Cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese. A child could execute this order. A particularly intelligent dog might struggle with the wrapper, but could understand the ingredients list. What I received was an act of culinary aggression. The burger was overcooked to the point of desiccation, yet somehow, paradoxically, ice cold. It was dry, tough, and sitting on a bun that offered more structural support than flavor. The "ketchup and cheese" instruction was clearly treated as a mere suggestion. The cheese was there, but the ketchup? Missing. Not a drop. I was left with a dry, cold, meat puck. Cancelled our mobile order because we had to wait on the on available drive through line to provide our code and it was 2 minutes past breakfast time. Then the ‘manager’ tried to tell us they were sold out of our items. He refused to refund us, and told us it was our problem and we had to call the app support line. He wouldn’t give us the drinks (that are served all day) we paid for, because apparently they were ‘sold out’ of those too. Then he had the audacity to threaten us to call the cops because we were holding up the drive thru line trying to figure out how to get our money back. Just soooooo incredibly rude and unhelpful. Shame on them.

Whoever was on the drive through at 8pm tonight (on 09/05/25) was incredibly rude! Using foul language while speaking to me and would not accept my mobile order. I was never refunded and the order is STILL pending. Food came soggy and the crispy chicken sandwich was about the size of two chicken nuggets
