McDonald's

We were driving through on the way further south and just so happened to stop here. McDonald’s looks great on the outside. Super clean on the inside with crew actively cleaning and maintaining the place. Food came out incredibly fast, staff was very polite and everything was delicious. Top tier SEC McGriddle. No complaints!! Excellent McDonald’s

Good food. Kind of weird they do not take any orders. People have to do it themselves. A lot of folks were getting frustrated in the lobby. Someone dropped their soda and literally had to yell back so someone could help him clean it up (even though there was a gentleman cleaning tables who looked at them and walked away). You can’t have a robot do everything.

the atmosphere was alright but when i went later that night the lady that took my order (said her name was Paige) messed up my order and laughed at me when i asked where the rest of my order was, although they made the rest of my order for free the Mcdouble they gave me was covered in a thick black grease like they have not cleaned the grill and the fries were soggy and cold. i did not like the fact that they tried to make me look bad when they made my order wrong and low quality.

The guy who served us was racist towards us just because we're Hispanic. Your heritage, man, I'm human too. I don't judge a person by their appearance or color, but by their attitude, and you behaved badly, friend. I'm not saying anything because you're Black.

Whenever I go to McDonald’s they always mess up my order 99.99% of the time, why do people work at jobs and continue to mess up, as a regular customer that enjoys McDonald’s somewhat this is painful & unfair. They need better workers who actually get the orders right instead of them lying and saying they did & having me drive back up.
