Jersey Mike's Subs

I’m gluten free because of an allergy/celiac. I’ve never gotten sick from this location and the staff is well educated about cross contamination. I appreciate their understanding and great execution ensuring I get good food that doesn’t hurt me. Thanks jersey mikes staff. Also they were very friendly and asked how my day was. Great location.

OWNER OF THIS LOCATION.. seriously aren’t you alarmed you have nearly 3 stars for a place that just makes subs!!! Maybe you should spend some more time there. I am giving them a one star review based on multiple times I’ve put in an online order and the experience has been terrible. This most recent time I picked my sub up, drove home, opened it up and the bread was hard as a rock completely stale . I ordered another time and they put one slice of meat in the sub.. no joke one slice. That time I drove back up there and complained to the guys at the shop. It was literally like I was being pranked. I’m so tired of sub par service when you order online from this location. I will say whenever I order in the store and watch them make it, it’s been great. Had a late night dinner her on a road trip. Was a great sub, super quick and good service.

How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly and in the order in which it was ordered? Apparently at this location that’s a tough ask. Ask them about confusion. Get a rude and unprofessional response. Do better.

Wanted to specifically thank Danielle and her team for making sure that our catering order for 24 was ready on time and accurate, and they absolutely delivered. Was a flawless process and will be using this site again for both regular and catering orders.
