McDonald's

The reviews for this place are insane. I think this is the best McDonald’s in Connecticut. Just today ordered some curbside pick up and the woman brought out my food and with a box of condiments for me to pick from. No other McDonald’s has ever done that. The Nuggets and fries have always been fresh. I go out of my way to order from this McDonald’s compared to the others in the area.

I only get breakfast here but the food is fine, the service is quick and the lady who is most consistently there in the morning is nice and pleasant. The amount of negative reviews here is baffling. My cats also are baffled.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is fine service is horrible lazy employees, never comes out for curbside takes forever to make food employees and manager is rude and they are more expensive then all the other ones for horrible service. Negative 1 Star for me

Honestly a terrible McDonald's, multiple times I've seen the tall male manager yell at his employees as well as customers. I dont even know why I come here anymore. My snack wrap was raw today. He told a customer he didn't have time to take any orders bc they were so backed up. There were only a few customers in the restaurant, myself included. Honestly terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

The manager is racist,rude,and unprofessional. She fight with me and make a false statement about me eating a sandwich when I order something for my son and they prepare wrong. My son is autistic kid and he smell everything and spit out the cheeseburger because they put onion on it. And she don’t want to resolve me because I don’t have the whole cheeseburger. And I showed her the thing in the bag that my son spit out and she said no anyway. I pay other cheeseburger for my son because he wants to eat it but she don’t need to do this kind of stuff to anybody. She heard me talking in Spanish. She don’t care about me just they need to keep attention for their work and prepare the food right and be better with the customer. She don’t want to give me her name and any phone number to make a repor
