Dunkin'

A very nice Dunkin’ Donuts. Went in to get coffee today. It was very nice. Ordered peppermint mocha latte with whip cream. Got myself the Dunkin newly book off the store. Best .

They state they are wheelchair accessible but right now, they are not. The 1 handicap spot has not been cleared of snow nor have some sidewalks and it has been over a week since the big snow storm. There is no access for a wheelchair to get in. Secondly, the handicap door has not been working for some time now. I have tried to contact them via email but have been unsuccessful to get any message sent over; just keep getting errors. I have tried calling the number that is given on their website just to hear a recording state the number has a mailbox that hasn't been set up. I even signed myself up for Dunkin perks and still had no luck conveying any concerns. This being said....they are not ADA compliant whatsoever at this time 😞.

Every morning I order a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a medium half decaf coffee and I have always been getting a burnt croissant and grounds in my coffee to the point I have to throw out almost half my coffee. On the up side it is always ready and hot when I pick it up. I am tired of paying good money for a burnt sandwich and coffee that I have to throw out. If this does not change I will not continue to go to any Dunkin Donut franchise.

The employee was super sweet. But there were no Tables indoors to sit at. There was no Ambiance whatsoever. The fact that Farmington has an ordnance that prevents Drive-Thru service, you would THINK they would have some indoor seating. The coffee was room temperature. I go to many Dunkin Donuts and this was not at all in the top tier.

This locations staff was incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile to look in the back when there was an item I wanted that was not in the cooler. When my wife an I ordered the two for $5 bacon egg and cheese croissants we both discovered that our sandwiches where actually cold in the middle. On a good nore though is that this location is very well maintained and clean.
