My boyfriend and I went there at 6:31 to get food. They were rude in the drive-through at the speaker. He gave a code to get 20% off of $15 or more and we asked when we got to the window. Had it been taken off the girl told us yes. I looked at the receipt and it hadn’t been taken off when we pulled up to the second window my boyfriend told the girl that it wasn’t taken off and she told another girl in there to which that girl replied that there was nothing they could do and had an attitude when she said it. I understand store policies but the way that they talked to my boyfriend and then shook their head like we were stupid was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible service!! The girls and manager working there are all very unprofessional and have terrible attitudes. I ordered 3 black coffees and was asked to pull up to the 3rd window due to the coffee needing to brew. I patiently waited for 15 minutes before one of the employees taking care of the dining area came out to ask what I was waiting for. I requested a manager and was met with a very nasty attitude from the manager in addition to her not knowing what my order was. I had to go in to get my coffees and was met yet again with more unprofessional McDonalds employees. The girls on the window, making the food and the manager all need to be fired!

The girls that work here have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in my entire life and the food was horrible. Just thrown together. Bun sideways mayonnaise is sliding everywhere. It’s all in the wrapper. I don’t understand this place at all whoever the bad attitude girl that was running food out to cars last night at about 6pm 11-02-2025 should not be working in customer service period. after we waited for a good while she finally brings our food out with one large sweet tea, which is what we asked for, but it had no ice in it and my husband said it has no ice. She goes well I don’t know what to tell you, unless you didn’t ask for ice, my husband says no we wanted ice. The drinks normally come with ice. Called to report hair in my fries...the response I got was "We don't wear hair nets...just hats." If this is happening its obvious the hats aren't working. If you have long hair...pin it up. The long wigs, the long nails, the long lashes. I would really like to know what is required as for the appearance and grooming policy. What I seen and experienced can't be it. Do better.

Had a quick stop to eat. Great service and atmosphere. Got me a frappe and fries 🍟. And use the bathroom on my way back home from the beach.
