Had fries here, the fries were really good. Monday 1/5/26 my partner said it was slammed here. Everything came out fresh. Tuesday 1/6/26 at 6:20am had 2 sausage mcgriddles & a hash brown. It hit the spot. The quality of the sausage not so great, I got a couple hard fatty peices in there. Both mcgriddles had hard fatty knots inside them 🤮🤢.

As I waited for my food order to be made, I witnessed several customers (4 minimum), held hostage in line at the register whilst none of the 7 staff who were congregated at the food baggage area attempted to take food orders. Then once a customer who was in line, inquired about the long wait for their orders to be taken, one of the staff rudely said “that’s not my job” and another said “we’re backed up, we can’t take any orders right now, hold up and give us a minute.” Now, I understand that the quality of customer servicing expected here at McDonalds is NOT on par with say a Chick-Fil-A, however this experience was a low one, even for McDonalds. Whomever was the manager or shift leader on duty, needs to be reprimanded and coached up on holding not only themselves but their crew accountabl

Awful. Buns were not fresh, nor were the burgers. When I asked to have my sandwich remade, I got a snarky look from the manager. Maybe make sure your meats and buns are fresh. You are supposed to drop the buns in the toaster as orders are made. When I got my sandwich, the bread was still stale. I asked for just fresh buns and she stated they be as fresh as they come. Lie. Took my sandwich back and said don't worry about it. The 2 pieces in the pic were hard as a rock. Never again. The owners need to work on this staff.

2 signature sandwiches took more than 15 minutes, watched them put fries in bag right away then proceed to check the bag 14 times, when finally asked for refund since several orders after me had come and gone it was ready and fries were cold and tasted bad. What a joke ordered bigmac and quarter pounder, photos of what I got.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. 17 min just for chicken bigmac Xtra sauce. 1$ for Xtra sauce. Where's the sauce? 17 min, for this? Don't walk in and triple check before you leave drive through.
