I was google BBQ restaurants, and this popped up in Summerton. A great experience arrived later in the after, so were sold out of some items...so please call ahead. This was a warm/down home atmosphere, and great food will return. Items--BBQ Sandwich/4 pc wing dinner/2 pc pork chop dinner Thursdays open, btw 2 pm - 3 pm and only fried items. Friday and Saturdays 11 am - 8pm full menu

This is the BBQ place Summerton needed! I picked up a BBQ sandwich combo and a Mac and Cheese. The sandwich was made special with the addition of pork skins, adding a crunch and flavor that compliments the mustard based sauce nicely. The pork skins were done to perfection, definitely get it with the skins! The Mac and Cheese was both cheesy and creamy and I could have eaten more than just one portion. If you are traveling 95 on a Friday or Saturday and want a good BBQ stop, I highly recommend this one!

We stopped in on a roadtrip from MD, a little off the beaten path from 95 but easy to find. Service was great, very attentive and they let us enjoy our meal in the back patio area with our dog. Great value for the price and I do recommend if you are ever in the area!

I stopped by Big Al's BBQ and Grill and ordered the whiting dinner with mac and cheese, green beans, and pink lemonade. I didn't realize the dinner came with three sides, so I doubled up on the mac and cheese-and honestly, no regrets. The whiting was perfectly fried, flavorful, and crispy without being greasy. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, and doubling up just meant twice the comfort. The green beans had a nice seasoning and tasted like they were cooked with love. The pink lemonade was the perfect sweet, refreshing touch to round out the meal. Everything hit the spot-definitely a place I'll be coming back to.
