McDonald's

Went here at 9pm on a Wednesday night, completely dead besides 1 other car than me, ordered a 20 piece, 2 double cheese, 2 mc chickens, and a basket of fries. The double cheeseburgers were old and the bread was so stale it crumbled in my hands. Now despite that we still chose to eat bc we were hungry and late, then my husband received a burger that had a workers HAIR in it, mind you they weren’t even wearing hats, and the fries were so old you could literally taste the staleness and old McDonald’s air. So my husband calls, asks them why there is hair in his food and guess what? They hung up lmfao. You literally can’t make this up, absolutely ridiculous and the WORST customer service I’ve had in my whole 25 years being on this earth. Get it together yall. (Pictures posted besides hair pic b

I order from here a lot, both pickup and delivery. The employees here are always kind and when there are issues they are quick and kind fixing them. I will say that if you're ordering for pickup or in the drive thru, don't go between 4 and 5:30. They're swamped. And during that time frame they tend to forget the whipped cream on iced mochas. The outside lane of the drive thru also tends to move a lot slower than the inside lane. But they're always friendly and efficient. I think it's just a lot for them to juggle during that time of day. 2 stars across the board. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They served up my gristle, egg, and cheese bagel and hash browns right away. I had to stand at the counter and watch half a dozen employees shuffle past until one emerged from their fugue state and noticed me. I finally got my coffee at that point. 2/10 is more accurate. I knew there was a reason I hadn't been to McDonald's in years. I assume their fries are still great, but there are no potatoes worth the hassle.

I order breakfast here most mornings, service is fast and the staff are nice especially for 530am

4 times in a row order wasn't right .....This time tops them all a hamburgers with no hamburger patties on them two of them .....Try to call over an over when someone answer didn't say nothing just layed the phone receiver over to the side an let me listen to there laughing in background .....THIS PLACE SUCKS FOR SERVICE AN QUALITY!!!!!!
