Sweet Victory Bed and Breakfast

We needed a room for a night enroute from Indiana to Gray, KY and I found Victory BnB while searching google. Hotels had horrible reviews and we try to support locals so I texted Victory. Quick response, great rate and flexible hours! Hugo made us feel like family! Super relaxed atmosphere, nice guy with an immaculate home! The hot tub was awesome with 360* view of peace and quiet! We love our posturepedic mattress at home but loved the Odin rooms mattress more! We woke refreshed and pain-free (rare!) to a delicious breakfast and really good coffee (not too dark haha Hugo). This was the first B&B my husband and I ever stayed in and it was fabulous! Hugo and Shannon are so kind and welcoming and when they said to just consider this our home, they meant it! Their breakfasts were fantastic, they offered us a couple of special treats we didn’t expect, the rooms are comfortable and clean. We missed the pool (it was closed for the season) but we did use the hot tub. We’ll be back in May! I have family in the area AMA now I won’t stay anywhere else!

Great breakfast of eggs, bacon, and delicious french toast. Friendly hosts. Clean rooms. Quiet location. Highly recommend staying here.

This Bed and Breakfast far outstrips any hotel experience we’ve had. It was cleaner, in the rooms, the common areas, and the pool/hottub. (There was none of that green slime you get at an outdoor pool, and none of that ‘we’ve never filtered this water so there’s so much chlorine in it that it’s borederline hazardous’ smell.) The decor was simple and minimalist but enough to be interesting. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were cool and the top quilt was warm. The host/ess was available to us and friendly, but never ‘forced’ us into social exchanges unless we initiated. They had amenities including parking and pool/hottub, kayak/canoe/paddle boat rentals, bbq grills, and firepit. They are on AirBnB but I highly recommend calling them directly, as AirBnB is about $50 more than dire

It was wonderful Very nice, very clean. Hosts were great Great home cooked food. Very nice pool and hot tub. Kayaks and canoes available to use for the lake.
