McDonald's

I went through the drive-thru and the employee at the first window gave me the wrong total. I handed her the exact cash, then she asked me for two more dollars. I told her to count it again, and after she did, she said “never mind, it’s fine,” closed the window, and didn’t give me a receipt. When I got to the second window, my order was incorrect. I ordered a homestyle burger with only meat and cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie, but I was given a homestyle burger made all the way and a strawberry shake. I asked for it to be corrected, and they said they fixed it. As I drove off, I checked my burger and it was still made all the way. I went back inside and asked again for it to be made correctly. They said okay, but when they gave me the new burger, it had only meat on it—no cheese.

1/19/26 4 pm Kid taking orders at drive thru was a mumbler and I asked him two simple questions with no response just dead air. Clearly he wasn't listening so I gave up and just drove away. Previously I've been given incorrect change twice and then getting dumb looks in response. The labor pool for personnel has gotten so shallow the industry is desperate for literate employees that can interact with the public rather than a glowing cell phone. Bring on the robots.

Can never go to this place without them forgetting something from my order. I asked fore the corporate number this time because this happens way too often and you could tell the employee was rattling around the phone to make it static to where you couldn't hear her say the number. Completely ridiculous. I am getting to where I would rather go anywhere else to get fast food than this McDonalds.

The chicken nuggets and French fries were fresh and crispy! I ordered a coffee in the morning and it was delicious

Hadn't eaten all day, was really hungry, got home from work & wanted cheeseburger & fries. When I got my food & opened it there was not 1 speck of meat anywhere on the burgers. Was really pissed!!
