McDonald's

Today, I order McDonald for delivery and when the driver got there they told them that they had already given my order away to someone else. The driver was confused and so was I because it said on the app that the driver was waiting for the food and they were like we can’t give it to you because we gave it away. How does that happen don’t they check which goes out for delivery? Like this is not the first time I have problems with this specific McDonald’s, I had to wait for 40 minutes and they kept telling the driver that they couldn’t do it again anymore and I had to cancel my order. Thank goodness that I got a refund but they need to do better.

Easily one of the worst McDonalds I have been to. The food is always cold and stale, never fresh. The food somehow still takes forever even though it's been sitting out. A lot of the time my food will even be brown and mushy. The staff are rude and dismissive. I even tried to give this location multiple tries to see if it was just a one time thing. It wasn't. I would rather drive another 15 mins or so out of my way to go to any other McDonalds or restaurant in general. Just to avoid these issues at this restaurant. All of the other locations in the this area do not have these issues.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my last visit to McDonald’s was disappointing enough that I felt I had to. The food came out lukewarm, not fresh at all,My chicken nuggets were burned. The service wasn’t much better. The cashier/ manager seemed rushed and uninterested, barely making eye contact, and it took way too long for my online order. I get that fast food isn’t supposed to be gourmet, but at the very least it should be hot, and fresh. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s didn’t meet even those basic expectations.

They rarely if ever actually give you the extra oreos you pay for. Oreo Mcflurries are one of the only sweet treats I consistently get and it’s 1/4 times that they don’t give you extra oreos that you paid for.

This service here is horrendous. I ordered 3 McCrispys with cheese. Pretty simple order, but this location is known for messing up simple orders as the last time I came to this location and added cheese to my sandwiches, there was none. No surprise, there was no cheese on my sandwiches last night either. I drive back around the drive through, stated they forgot my cheese and they told me to drive to the window. There was a pretty decent line and the service was extremely slow so I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the window. As I’m at the window, the employee insists that there is nothing they can do other than throw a cold slice of cheese on top of the sandwiches and stated there was no way of warming up the food.
