McDonald's

I went to the drive-through requesting two double cheeseburgers and a large Coke so you can imagine my surprise when I left the window and all I found were two single cheeseburgers and a Coke. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Johnny who clearly works customer service skills. Upon me telling him of the unfortunate incident, he decided to come back at me and are you the other end of the position. Now I know what I ordered, and if the person at the window had listened, they would have as well. Johnny had no idea what he was talking about, but he felt the need to sit there and go back-and-forth rather than try to resolve the discrepancy. He came across very snarky and self righteous, and offered me no solution or resolve, and just wanted to answer back-and-forth, not

Always organized, clean and friendly! The BEST McDonalds around. I love this location and all staff are happy and friendly consistently.

I come here every couple weeks after work for a quick bite to eat for me and my kiddos, The gentlemen that runs the windows after 9 pm has been incredibly rude twice now , but this time he proceeded to not say a word but shouted the F word to a coworker with the windows wide open wher my 3 year old can hear. Morning crews great but this was crazy

I got on the dollar menu and got a McDouble with another for just a buck. My girl got fries. I love these cheeseburgers. They are great. Ate 1 and took the ither home.
