I appreciated that the place was clean the floors and tables it was a little icy outside and they took care of that before I even got there which was really good happy to know that I weren't slipping my way in customer service right on point

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and I’m done….. ordered 4 double cheeseburgers tonight and 2 and knappy curly hair in them…. Tried to call the store but no one answered…. My wife ordered a 10 piece nugget that was missing ( they put the mustard in the bag but no nuggets). Completely nasty chain….. do yourself a favor and order from the Wakefield street restaurant…

I’m here now with my two kids. Both girls at the drive through window have awful attitudes. Incredibly unpleasant and rude. Haven’t had our food brought out yet. We’re still waiting after 17 minutes, so can’t say anything about the food. But the attitudes… they’re awful.

I've never seen this store clean. It's probably the worst in the morning, somehow at open? Do they not clean the lobby before closing? It's so bad that there's build up of ants under tables at opening eating yesterdays scraps. Their soda fountain is poorly cleaned as well. Dispite rinsing my cup several times (in case it was floating plastic from the cup) white specs float in the drinks. Ive also never received fresh food here. To the point where sometimes it's literally burned from being under the heat shelves too long... For probably being one of the busiest stores it absolutely needs a health inspection. Alot of the counter staff need retraining too. Arguing over if a meal that you could look up at the board and see comes in a large doesn't is just awful customer service.

They almost always park you, doesn't matter what you order or how long the line is, we had no one behind us and ordered three burgers and two fries, got parked after we got our drinks. It's pointless to park people for "better" scores because they just park anyone and everyone. It's fast food, not a damn sit and wait for your food. Now just sitting and watching people pull off with their food for about 5 minutes now
