When I went to McDonald’s and bought three fries, the lady at the counter refused to give me any Grinch salt unless I bought more food. She was rude about it too, rolling her eyes and giving us attitude the whole time. She wouldn’t even let me buy the Grinch salt separately—I literally had to buy another whole thing of fries just to get it. It was super frustrating, especially because McDonald’s franchise rules say they’re supposed to provide sauces or toppings customers need with their order, but instead she made the whole situation harder for no reason. There are many bad reviews about the customer service in this location. Especially with certain workers that have been there for a long time. One specific lady was super rude and was mean. Awful. Tiny parking lot, hard to get in and out of. They got my brother's order wrong 2x. (Mine was ok.) I also loathe them taking out soda machines so you can't get refills anymore. McDonald's in general is lowest-quality food for considerable cost. $2.50 for ONE hasbrown!?! Never again.

There no water in the restroom and there is no hands sanitizer. More than a week. If you dine in you can't even wash your hands. Not good.

Don't order from the app. The people here have no idea how it works. The staff is rude and the food is awful. I'll never return to this location again. All I wanted was a bite to eat and what a disappointing experience. Booo

Terrible way of running bussiness, the Mcds app, work and even send you notification to place order, placed it. Restaurant is closed no signs of when theyre gonna open even tho its 10am, took my moneh cause now i cant cancelled. What a waste of time
