El Chilito restaurant

I lived a few blocks from El Chilito for many years. I finally decided to order some tacos... OMG, I only wish I started eating their food years ago ! However, that just means I have a lot to catch up on.... Great home made tacos, the meat was moist and super flavorful. Already thinking of my next meal at El Chilito!!!!

The breakfast at tacos were delicious, but my favorite was the torta

Ordered 1 torta charra and it was better than expected. Between Chipotle down the street or this place. It will have to be this place every time hands down for authentic Mexican food and although the torta in used to are really big I couldn't complain the taste was there and it was filling. Will be back for sure.

I ordered tacos and my boyfriend ordered a burrito. The tacos were good but I wish they had cheese and a bit more flavor!

I never write bad reviews but I had the worst experience here tonight…I ordered my food and picked it up…one item was missing all together…I ordered the hamburger which was listed under their taco section so I assumed it was a hamburger meat taco but they sent me 2 burgers…i ordered the beef brisket quesadilla and what was in my Quesadilla looks like Chicharrón…I called the restaurant and told them what happen and the women I spoke to told me that I was wrong and what’s in the quesadilla is beef brisket…I told her it wasn’t and she kept telling me I was wrong..I asked for a refund and she said she would have the owner call…he called me back very quickly but also proceeded to tell me I was wrong…I told Him that the meat that is in it is a white meat like pork…and he said his pork is shredde
