When you’re the first person at lunch service in line and you are the last person to get their food the simplest order took the longest for them to make. The food was cold when it arrived. This location has lost a customer. Corporate, you are a joke if you think this is tolerable.

I placed an order, and because I love the creamy chili sauce, I ordered five of them, plus a burger and fries combo and a wrap. And yet, they didn't send me any of the sauces, but of course, they charged me for them.

never in my life have i felt the need to judge any food place . i didn’t know my order was a pickup which is my mistake. but this girl is gonna look at my phone read it then tell me to go the 2nd window instead of telling me it’s a pickup order or even have the decency to spend 5 seconds to find it. they proceed to make me wait for like 20+ cars to get their food and i didn’t even get attended until i reversed to the 1st window. then they gonna look at me like im crazy and say why am i waiting. and all of a sudden they found my food immediately. and i got told the reason was because they couldn’t find it. it took them less than 10 seconds to find it once i reversed . i was nice and apologetic because i didn’t want to bother them and what do i get in return i get my time wasted because t

This has to be consistently the worse McDonalds in Virginia!! Always getting orders wrong!! No sense in going through the drive-thr u because you’re gonna have to go back in so they can fix it. This happens every time!! And just like tonight 11/28/2025 tho ice cream machine is down. It’s literally broken more than it works!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars!!
