McDonald's

The food was really good. I got nothing to complain about. I just got sleepy afterwards cause I probably ate too much. Either way it was really good.

Stopped here on the way home from the outerbanks and was treated with respect and the food as fresh and amazing. Bathrooms were extra clean which is always a plus! Also I must add the music that was being played was also amazing. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommended for travelers!

The customer service was incredible. There was a problem with fulfilling my order because a machine was broken. Both the staff and management went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Was assaulted on September 1st in the parking lot, this man pulled up behind me and blocked me in so I couldn’t leave than proceeded to my car and shoved his hands and keys into my window, I couldn’t roll my window up and he said he was going to shove the window down further, he shoved the window down further an as I screamed an yelled he wouldn’t stop until I was calling 911. I contacted McDonald’s today on September 3rd to ask if they could see the incident on camera, I was told to call back in 15-20 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later, they told me they didn’t have time to check to call back around 2-2:30pm I called back at 3pm to give them time. A rude employee answered the phone and wouldn’t put Samantha on the phone who I had originally spoke to. Than she got nasty and hung up on

Food was good, kitchen completely unorganized. They got overwhelmed and orders got out of order and so some of them were just skipped. Our family and others only got their food after asking for it numerous times. Should have been a 10 or 15 minute stop, it ended up being a 45 minute stop.
